The main goal of this activity was to introduce our city to the new International students and Erasmus through a competitive game: a treasure hunt. Following the clues, students were able to appreciate and learn the historical center of Catania, discovering all the places of interest in the city.
The treasure hunt took place in the city center of Catania and before starting, the students were divided into teams of 4/5 participants. Each team was given a sheet, in which there were written all the indications of the game and the clues. Each clue led to a place of historical interest or an important monument. Once they found the place, each team had to take a selfie and proceed to the next checkpoint.
In this way, the team had to search for information about the place via the internet or by asking passersby. The first time to reach the final checkpoint, win the game and every participant of the winning team received as a prize a T-shirt.
