participants
to promote social interaction and to increase awareness of university facilities
Pre-event organization was managed through a shared file in Drive.
We decided to divide the participants into teams (5) by drawing colored tickets that would represent their team affiliation. This certainly allowed people to make new friendships as the groups were mixed and random.
We created differentiated routes for each team so that there were no overlaps of teams at the various stages.
Once the stages were set, it was possible to choose clues thematically linked to the chosen location that would allow them to be identified. The clues were provided once a challenge was completed.
To verify that the challenge had actually been completed, we asked Erasmus students to take a selfie with the ESNr at each stage.
