Goal of the Activity
Teach our Erasmus students how to cook the traditional Spanish dish 'Tortilla de patata'.
Description
We rented a kitchen in Barcelona and took our Erasmus students there to make different kinds of 'Tortilla de Patatas'. We bought and prepared all the necessary ingredients for this traditional dessert, including potatoes, eggs, onion and the extra ingredients for the different variations: 'Chorizo', truffle and cheese- We began by explaining the typical preparation of 'Tortilla', and then the students started creating their own.
