Goal of the Activity
The goal was to share joy with the elderlies, spend an afternoon in company with them but also to learn about Italian holiday traditions and listen to some incredible anecdotes from their past.
Description
We had the opportyunity to create cheerful memories with our elderly community members by playing the game of Tombola - a beloved Italian tradition that brings people together for laughter and Christmas vibes.
We spent the afternoon in such a special and unusual way, playing tombola with them and listening to their stories. Moreover we had the opportunity to exchange our cultures. They were excited to share with us heartwarming stories behind this Italian classic.
