To break the ice and create a base for strong inter- student relationships. We also not only wanted them to get to know and grow more comfortable with each other but also our ESN team.
We started out by playing Ice- breaker games, where people had time to talk to each other individually for three minutes before we had them change partners. After many rounds of that we split them into groups and played a memory game where you had to say your Name and say a word that's associated with the first letter of your name - the next Person has to remember the Name and Word and then have to add their own Name and word.
After that we made them build four groups and choose a group name - so that we know which group would win at the end of the Event. We played more games - group against group - such as whisper challenge, human knot and human Tick, Tack, Toe. We tracked the points and at the end the winning group got a big price and the losing groups also recieved small gifts.
