Teambuilding

Our section members have spent a weekend on the cottage in the forest. The event was for all active members of ESN Zlin. The goal of the weekend was to create a friendship between members themselves and the board members. We had also invited the former president of ESN CZ to hold a workshop about board members role in ESN and the current president of ESN UP Olomouc to introduce us to her section and also to hold a workshop about well being. Other activities we have done are a trip to a nearby viewpoint, an icebreaking game where everyone had to tell and interesting fact about themselves, a “pub quiz” about our members to find out if they know each other well and other interesting activities. The event was very successful, everybody was leaving the cottage with new knowledge and a couple of new friends.
