Goal of the Activity
The goal of the activity was to have an aperitivo so that the erasmus students could meet their Italian buddies.
Description
To organize the aperitivo, we first contacted the bar to confirm its availability and reserve the space. We then created a Google Form for Erasmus students to register, which was shared in our weekly newsletter and promoted through our Instagram stories. During the event, we gathered around different tables, chatted over drinks, and played a few ice-breaker games to help everyone get to know each other better. It was a fun and relaxed evening that encouraged connection and conversation among participants in a welcoming atmosphere.
