To support the learning of a minimum of 20 participants about the dangers for our mental health during the pandemic through an interactive online session hosted with the support of 4 psychology students from Babes-Bolyai University.
The pandemic poses a challenge to healthcare on many levels, and looking after our health becomes a priority. Caught in the uncertainty nowadays, our mental health sometimes signals that it requires care and attention. How do we come to its aid? In this webinar, we will openly discuss the difficulties that participants might have struggled with during these times. We will also address how to build resilience and find practical resources for coping with them, from how to become properly informed and respond to our own needs, to how to offer a helping hand to those around us.
The session will be facilitated by Mădălina Dan, Ioana Iuga, Patricia Ștraub and Ioana Meșterelu, master students in Clinical Psychology at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, Babeș-Bolyai University, as well as interns in the Babeș-Bolyai University “Psytech” Clinic.
Their interest in the topic stems from the relevance that it has on a global scale. Their hope is that they can bring their passion for psychology and helping the community, as well as their theoretical knowledge to this webinar, to make it both informative and helpful for each participant.
