The primary goals of the event were to advocate for sustainability and reuse, inspire conscious consumption by facilitating the exchange of pre-owned clothing and goods, and strengthen connections between the local community and international students through active participation.
The swap party took place inside the venue, where several stations were set up displaying the available clothing items. The categorization was based on the type of clothing rather than gender.
Upon arrival, participants received tokens to exchange for clothes or items, with Erasmus students holding an ESN Card receiving five tokens. The system also worked in reverse: those who brought their own clothes or items to swap received tokens in return, which they could then use to select other items at the event.
