Through this activity we wanted to analyze the themes of sustainability and of the Agenda 2030 and to link them to the ESN world. ESN Macerata wanted to highlight how much these topics are central and important and how ESN ,as an international network, should spread knowledge on the issues and give its contribution to make the network more sustainable and to raise awareness on the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals).
We organized a webinar on Google Meet. There was an analysis on the meaning of the word "Sustainability" and on its main pillars: society, environment, economy. Our guest, a member of CSRnatives, a network whose activities are all related to sustainability, illustrated some case studies of collaborations (linked to sustainability) between non-profit organizations and companies; then, the guest gave us some information about the so-called "sustainability jobs". Later, we talked about the Agenda 2030 and the Sustainable Development Goals and how they could be linked with the ESN Causes. We concluded our webinar with a Q&A session.
