We will host three workouts throughout the day:

09:00-09:30 – yoga/stretching, something that is relaxing, gets you moving to start the day
12:00-13:00 – a dance workout session
15:00-16:00 – intermediate/hard- full body workout
A nice easy morning workout to start the right and get energised. A dance workout in the middle to open up the muscles again and get you out from behind your laptop and get that blood flowing. And finally the real and intense workout for those that are ready for a challenge!
