Goal of the Activity
To raise awareness on the mental health and wellbeing topic and to give suggestions un order to reach it.
Description
We made an online campaign in order to foster awareness on health and mental wellbeing topic. We asked our Erasmus to send us a photo and tell us their favorite activity to take care of themselves during (or not) this difficult period. Added to this, we also gave some advice on this issue.
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
