This event has been organized as part of Earthquake Awareness Week in Turkey, aiming to raise awareness on how to be prepared during an earthquake and what essential items should be in your earthquake kit. It seeks to encourage everyone to be more proactive in their safety measures and preparedness.
Given that Turkey is an earthquake-prone region, detailed information was provided on how to be prepared during an earthquake and what essential items should be included in an earthquake kit. Information about recent major earthquakes was also shared, and ways to cope with such situations were discussed. The event was held at the school, aiming to raise awareness about safety and responsible consumption. At the end of the session, a fun Kahoot! quiz was conducted to reinforce the knowledge gained, and participants' understanding of earthquake-related topics was assessed.
