To encourage our international and local student and many others on working out inside their houses to stay healthy.
During the pandemic we are in, many of us spend time on computers and don't leave the house. Since we are used to an active lifestyle, being sedentary at home and not eating well caused us to gain weight. As a matter of that, we as ESN DEU, wanted to encourage people to work out inside their house in SI Days. To be able to do that, we started a squat challenge. Our Social Inclusion Coordinator recorded a video of doing 10 squats and nominated 5 people to do the same! Those who got nomination accepted the challenge and nominated 5 other people. The challenge ended with the video of National Social Inclusion Coordinator doing squats. In this way, our students worked out inside their houses and had fun while doing so!
