We organized this event with the help of a partner NGO - House of Education and Innovation. Their activity focuses primarily on multilaterally developing the local community through non-formal education, the social inclusion of persons with disabilities, and the promotion of alternative means to discover places of interest in Constanta county. Regarding this particular event, HEI invited the participants to play a game designed to have them learn new things about their fellow students in as little time as possible, thus encouraging creating friendships spontaneously.
The event took place right after the UOC Welcome Day in an open-air environment: Tabacariei Park. The participants were invited to gather in a large circle, then start wondering about amongst each other once the speed friending game started. The objective was to talk about a pre-designated personal subject to a different student every couple of minutes, depending on who they could find with the same open time slot on clocks they were asked to draw on their notebooks earlier. What's certain is that everyone went home that day having found out quirky new things about their fellow students and even having made friends amongst themselves.
