Italy
participants
The goal of the activity was to integrate the Erasmus students within the Florence international community, getting to know each other and exchanging personal chats about their private and non-private aspects, allowing them to make friends and break the ice.
An aperitivo was planned at the end of the game to celebrate not only each other's company, but also to resume the Italian tradition of the happy hour understood as a time to use to be all together enjoying each other's presence.
Participants had to take their places inside the venue. The event consisted of randomly rotating places every 5 minutes or so at the signal from the esn manager. Each person participating had a sheet with different categories on which to write the name of a participant that reflected the description (e.g., write the name of a person who has a tattoo). In this way, the Erasmus people not only had the opportunity to talk to all the other participants on a rotating basis, but also had questions with which to break the ice, as this was probably the first time they met each other.
The number of people who could take part in the activity was a maximum of 40 so that the rotation would not be too complicated.
At the end of the speed friending (which lasted about an hour and a half) we had an aperitif to enjoy each other's company and to let them know the typical italian tradition of the classical "happy hour"
