You’ve just arrived to Belgium and haven’t tried traditional food yet? No problem we have what you need! We invite you to participate in this Belgian Dinner and try the famous traditional “Boulets frites”.
The dish will be accompanied by an “apple compote” and a “Café Liégeois”, it’s a Belgian cold dessert made from lightly sweetened coffee, coffee-flavoured ice cream and chantilly cream. Additionally, you will have free soft drinks and beers for 1 or 2€!
ESN cooked 90 meatballs from our sponsor "Père Lejeune" in the sauce that went with it. The fries came from "Friterie du Pérron" another sponsor.
All of this was accompanied by a wonderful compote, and for dessert a delicious Café Liégeois from the "Bistrot d'en Face".
The erasmus could enjoy this great meal, in a chill atmosphere with small tables of 8-10 people, in order to push them to discuss with each other
