Social Cinema: Rain man (1988)

This is the second film session of our social cinema this year. The film selected was Rain Man because the April 2nd is the World Autism Awareness Day.

The movie directed by Barry Levinson, tells the story of Charles Babbitt (Tom Cruise) a rude and grumpy man whose father died and let part of the wealth to his brother Raymond Babbitt who is autistic and live in a special centre. They will make a road trip along the United States together where they will get to know each other.

The international students were delighted and enjoyed with the film, afterwards we have a friendly debate about the movie.
