Goal of the Activity

To help future Erasmus students settle into their new environment by gathering tips and advice from the current group. By addressing common challenges and sharing personal experiences, we aim to make their transition smoother and more enjoyable.

Description

This Event was all about creating a helpful resource for future Erasmus students. To do this, we put together an online survey where current Erasmus participants could share their experiences and advice. The survey included questions like travel tips for getting around the city, the best spots to eat, ideas for making their new homes feel cozy, and some fun insights about the local culture and people.

We kicked things off with a coffee meeting, where we encouraged students to chat and share ideas while filling out the survey. For those who couldn’t attend, we also shared the survey online to make sure everyone had a chance to join in and contribute.

With all the responses, we created a booklet packed with practical tips, recommendations, and real-life advice. This booklet is now a guide for future Erasmus students, giving them a head start on adapting to life in a new city. The project not only helped our current students reflect on their own experiences but also built a sense of connection and support for the Erasmus community across semesters.
