Skills and Employability Week consisted of three main events – Volunteer To Start A
Career, Skills and Employability Workshop and myESNcareer & ErasmusJobs service.
The first event was a panel discussion and a conference that focused on career
opportunities available to ESN members once they acquire a different set of skills
which will, for sure, help them in a business world. Skills and Employability Workshop
included an interview simulation and a CV workshop, so that our volunteers can be
prepared for job interviews once they finish college. Lastly, virtual lecture called
‘myESNcareer and ErasmusJobs’ was held by Zrinka Trusić who introduced ESN's
service for volunteers and the ErasmusJobs project. The gist of this Week was to raise
ESN's volunteers' awareness of the advantages that ESN offers in terms of the Skills
and Employability cause.
