Goal of the Activity
To teach students about the life, obstacles and challenges of a person with impaired hearing.
Description
We alongside the Teiresias support center for students with special needs held a workshop and discussion on International Sign Language and talked about what life is like for a person with impaired hearing. Alongside the workshop participants were able to put to practise what they had learned during a visit to sign language friendly café with the teachers.
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
