Are you ready to learn new skills and feel more empowered? Join us for the Self-Defense Workshop happening this month 💪Â
The workshop is designed to introduce you to easy-to-learn techniques and teach you practical self-defense skills. You will learn how to defend against strangles, blocks or strikes and how to escape safely 👀Â
In this workshop you can also connect with other International students and have fun!
