The main objective of the "Second Hand Crawl" is to promote responsible consumption and support the idea of circular fashion among students. We aim to demonstrate that conscious second-hand clothing purchases are an attractive, creative, and ecological alternative to fast fashion, while simultaneously reducing textile waste.
Furthermore, this activity has a significant social dimension, encouraging students to explore the city together in an unconventional way. It provides an excellent opportunity for integration within small groups, sharing shopping experiences, and building new relationships in a friendly, informal atmosphere.
The "Second Hand Crawl" is a walking tour of carefully selected thrift and second-hand stores in the historic Kazimierz district of Kraków. Participants, divided into small groups, will follow a set route, discovering hidden gems and learning how to make ethical fashion choices.
This is more than just a shopping trip; it is a practical lesson in sustainability that combines fun with environmental education. The activity naturally promotes interaction and the exchange of styling tips, and it allows students to experience the local, alternative side of the city.
