The goal of this activity was to make new and old volunteers of all the ESN Sections of Milan to learn and understand the basics of ESN, get to know each other and have fun all together. We aimed to increase the average training of our section's volunteers fostering know-how and the exchange of best practices.
We also wanted to foster team building through specific activities.
We organized the School of ESN Milano Unita in a house for self-management in the mountains. There we did some workshops to teach the new volunteers about ESN thanks to internal and external trainers. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner all together. We also played some games to create new connections in the different groups. It was a great formative event for all of us!
