Goal of the Activity

Foster a supportive and inclusive community where individuals of all fitness levels can come together to improve their physical health, enjoy social connections, and have fun.

Description

Run for Friendship is a running club for everyone – from beginners to advanced runners.
We value fun, social, and positive energy.
When?

We run every Tuesday and Thursday at 17.00
What does it take?

You can participate even if all the running you do is to catch the bus, or if you run several times a week. Your skill level is not crucial for your participation – there is room for everyone. Most important thing is that you’re prepared to have fun.
You don’t have to be a student to join.
All training is in English.

The Running-part

We train twice a week with committed coaches. We run in three different teams, according to level, so there are challenges for both absolute beginners and experienced runners, but we all run together, from the same place and do the same type of training, just at different levels. Our coaches are experts in making  the runs fun and vary the training from time to time.

The Friendship-part
We are a social club, and besides training and getting in better shape, we meet for social events throughout the year, such as barbeques, Christmas dinner or O-runs. On Thursdays we usually go to the Student Bar after the run.
