Rughina's Academy - School locale

The training event was a fun and educational experience designed to give new volunteers the tools and knowledge they need to succeed both in ESN and beyond.

We organized several workshops, each focusing on important topics for personal and professional growth:

• Event Organization and Promotion: Volunteers learned the key steps to plan and promote successful events, including tips for effective communication and audience engagement.
• Transferable Skills: One session explored how the skills developed in ESN, like teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving, can be used in daily life and professional settings.
• Public Speaking: Participants received practical tips on how to speak confidently in front of an audience, structure their messages effectively, and engage listeners during presentations.
• ESN Principles and Values: We also discussed the core principles and values of ESN, helping volunteers understand the mission of the organization and their role within the network.
• Board Positions in ESN: During the event, we explained the different positions on the ESN board, including the main responsibilities and tasks of each role, to give volunteers a better understanding of the organizational structure and future opportunities.
