Recruiting new members is a good opportunity to promote mobility and volunteering, to speak in public and develop soft skills to convince new members to join the association. In addition, through the workshop both beginners and ESN members can develop soft skills in the organization of events and group work.
This is a conference held in our university in order to present ESN to other students of our university and try to get new members. Recruitment begins with a presentation prepared by members to explain what ESN is. The members present their experience, explaining their role and the reasons that led them to join the ESN. Next we show a collage of photos of the events held. Finally, we organize a workshop to make the event interactive (for example, we try to organize an Erasmus activity).
