Rebuild a Home

In the quest to help, to integrate the minutiae of society in our association. We work together with Casa de Pia, which takes in children on a temporary basis, and their families do not have the financial or personal conditions to keep them with them. In this way, the house being inhabited by so many different young people, and not being able to keep up with the advances and necessary remodeling. ESN Lisboa has therefore decided to remodel two areas of the house. Taking the living room and the dining room, over these three days, with the international students, and the young people who live in this house, we covered holes, sanded walls, painted and created a moral, chosen by the inhabitants of the house. Where, in an informal and fun way, we create a mixture of generations, of knowledge and thus develop a practical and intense project. In the end, we have a new space, with young people excited about their home, and accepting that it is theirs, for as long as they are allowed to be there.
