The main purpose of organizing this event was to educate students about Ramadan, its significance, and how it is observed in different countries, as well as give Muslim students a chance to feel the Ramadan atmosphere that they lack during their exchange. Through a presentation, we aimed to promote cultural awareness and understanding among participants. Additionally, the iftar allowed students to share traditional dishes from their home countries and foster a sense of community . It also succeeded in providing Muslim students with an opportunity to experience a warm, family-like atmosphere while being away from home.
Ramadan event dedicated to bringing together international students from different parts of the World to learn, share, and celebrate this meaningful tradition. The event consisted of two parts: an informative presentation about Ramadan from some of the Muslim students from various countries and a dinner after sunset, where Muslim students from different countries brought their own traditional Ramadan dishes from their countries.
