Goal of the Activity

Anxiety about the future often grips the minds of many young people. Through workshops designed to show how to plan for their future, young people gain practical tools to set goals and polish their ability to achieve them. In this way, their quality of life increases and any anxiety about the future is reduced.

Description

During the psychological workshop, participants had the opportunity to reflect on their life goals and methods for achieving them. Thanks to the workshop, they had the chance to look at studying and student mobility in the context of achieving their plans and to work on setting further goals, both short and long-term. They also shared their concerns about the future and their daily choices on the way to their goals. The workshop was made possible by a grant from ESN Poland as part of the EcoMind - conncting ecology and mental health project.
