The event was aimed at introducing Erasmus students to traditional Polish cuisine. As part of this meeting, various activities were planned to awaken the senses and strengthen the connection with Polish cuisine. After presenting a list of dishes, the participants put on blindfolds and then had to guess what exactly they were eating.
During this event Erasmus students had the opportunity to feel the texture, aroma and taste of traditional polish dishes, while trying to guess what ingredients were used to prepare them. After the tasting, participants had the opportunity to share their observations, names of dishes, and express their opinions on the experiences of their culinary journey around Poland. This interactive event was intended not only to provide delicious experiences, but also to encourage dialogue and sharing culinary experiences.
