Objective / Goal of the activity

The goal of the activity was to show the exchange students advantages of choosing vegan dishes and to show couple of plant-based recipes.

Description

During the cooking process, students used all the products, without any leftovers. We made together cauliflower burgers, hummus with cooked cauliflower leaves, almond milk and cookies from the almond pulp which left after milk making process. In addition, all participants were given plant milk straining bags and reusable silicone straws..

Result of the activity

People became more aware about benefits of vegan food and they were able to prepare the recipes on their own, as we gave them the recipes.
