As part of Welcome Week, students were invited to bring something along to share with new friends at a picnic in our local park. The objective was to help them to meet others and make new friends. They could also benefit from spending time outside in nature.

ESN UofG - Erasmus Student Network invites you to join us for the picnic in the Kelvingrove Park – a perfect place to relax during the day! Prepare some food or snacks, have a nice chat and discover new tastes. We encourage you to bring food inspired by the cuisine of your home country. We will provide some traditional Scottish snacks. We hope you are looking forward to the lunchtime!
The students were able to socialise with each other and enjoy being outdoors in the park. They got to taste some Scottish snacks provided by ESN UofG and taste each others food that they had brought, inspired by their home countries. They could also practice their language skills with people from other countries.
