Goal of the Activity

The visit was aimed at raising awarness on the importance of volunteering for helping stray dogs and to call attention on the topic of animals protection and abuse.

Description

The Erasmus students and ESN volunteers spent an entire afternoon in a very peculiar location, and learned about the everyday life and the activities that take place in a kennel. With all their passion, the volunteers of the shelter presented the history of Pet Rescue Italia Onlus and introduced the students to the dogs, and they had the chance to have a nice walk together in the green. Thanks to this last activity, the Erasmus learned about the dogs' stories while having fun, but also while helping the shelter with in a very simple and funny way. In addition, a donation to the shelter was made with part of the fee.
