The main aim of this initiative is to bring out all of the problems and gratitude about ESN (at local, national and international level). Talking with the members of the board who are going to meet and lead Erasmus+ or international student groups. To improve performance within ESN and social life. To see all the actions taken in the ESN in a clear way.
Members evaluated the environment -in which they worked- with their own thoughts and it was discussed how it could be improved. Members had numerical and textual data about their own progress, by comparing the past performance evaluating meetings with the new ones. And finally, members broadened their perspectives and learned the art of criticism better through their teammates’ evaluations about the particular person.
