The goal of our "Orientation Day" was to officially welcome our Erasmus students into our University with the help of our Erasmus office and to give them crucial information on what to excpect during their mobility in Türkiye, İstanbul.
We gathered our erasmus students at one of the confrence halls in our University campus, prepared and reserved by our Erasmus Office specifically for the orientation day. The head of the Istanbul University International Relations Office made her speech and welcomed our students, congratulating them on their Erasmus journey. Our students received a lot of useful information regarding their stay at Istanbul as well as their education through the presentation our IRO had prepared. Our section president made a speech introducing ESN and the volunteer work we do with photos and videos that offered a glimpse of ESN Existanbul for our students. We also distrubuted the student discounted transportation cards as well as their university ID cards to each one of our students.
