Goal of the Activity

The goal of this activity is to raise awareness about how perfectionism effects us. 

Description

Perfectionism makes us overthink things. Overthinking causes us to second guess our decisions and choices which makes our life much harder. Most of us know how tiring it is to look into every little detail and feel like not being able to catch up. While trying to do so, we often forget about ourselves. And with this open talk, we will be talking about how perfectionism ruins us! We will also be mentioning about feeling inadequate, imposter syndrome and more.
