The goal of this activity was to celebrate the arrival of spring by providing participants with a unique and enriching yoga experience. This event aimed to promote inner serenity, foster new friendships, and enhance overall well-being through the practice of yoga.
The event featured a special yoga session led by Yogamingo, under the expert guidance of Mrs. Dilshad. Participants gathered to engage in various yoga practices designed to relax the mind, strengthen the body, and uplift the spirit.
