Goal of the Activity

The goal of this activity is to foster mental and physical health, and well-being through yoga, which includes some techniques and practices that support mental and physical state of individuals.    

Description

Since yoga is a discipline that supports mental and physical state through its practices such as breathing, relaxing and some posture techniques, it might be beneficial to capture its relaxing and meditative nature, practices and techniques.

In this activity, our ESNers Kadriye Ferhatoğlu and Ebru Adsay give an online workshop on yoga and its techniques.
