To describe Mindfulness, it refers to a practice that aims to keep people in the here and now. It includes some sort of techniques and exercises that help the person to be aware of his/her body senses, thoughts and feelings without any interpretation or judgment. Basically, it is an observation on one's own mind and body. The main idea of this practice is that when the person is mindful and aware of the moment, it helps to reduce stress and gain insight, and supports well-being.
