Goal of the Activity
Suggest to international students exercises to do at home during the quarantine period.
The purpose of the activity was to promote a healthy lifestyle to do in this difficult situation
Description
We recorded videos with volunteers doing selected exercises in 3 different easy, medium and difficult modes and then posted it once every two weeks.
In addition to the videos we provided the explanation of the exercise.
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
