It was a welcome to the exchange students that were arriving in Deggendorf.
- Introduction ESN+Tutors: approx (10-15 minutes total)
- Unpopular opinions warm up game: (approx 15 minutes), Students introduce themselves and share an opinion that they believe is unpopular/controversial.
- Explanation how things will go; Breakout rooms, prizes etc (2-3 minutes)
- GAME approx 20 minutes
"Guess who did that!"
Bigger break out room: 3-5 ESN members in each breakout room, either 2 or 3 large breakout rooms-depends on volunteering ESN members.
How will it go: ESN members share 5 fun personal facts about themselves, then ESN member in charge will read out experiences/ phrases. Challenge is that exchange students have to guess which ESN member did that or is most likely to do the mentioned experiences based on facts heard about the ESN members.
5. Scavenger Hunt 1 out of 3: (5 min)
Find these objects : Strongest alcoholic drink, Something made of wood, Toothbrush.

"Mad-lib"
Smaller breakout rooms around 10 in each
How will it go: Each student is asked to give an example of: pet, food, funny place etc and write it down somewhere. Then ESN member will share sentences (to be provided later) and using the words given by student, a story will be formed. Idea is that most words and sentences do not match, will create funny stories.
Example: Words are (snake, Mcdonalds, the Queen) .
Sentence: I once took my best friend the _______ and went to party at_________ only to find ___________ mopping the floors.
End result would be: I once took my best friend the snake and went to party at Mcdonalds only to find the Queen mopping the floors.

Find: Something that starts with the 1st letter in your name, Something that reminds you of home, First thing you bought in Germany/ if still at home recently purchased item.
- Farewell: Announce that upcoming events will be on FB Insta and regularly posted on Whatsapp.
