Goal of the Activity

Introduce international students to a famous part of Dutch cuisine - cheese, the cheese making process and its history in an interactive online event.

Description

Each participant received a package of four samples of Dutch cheeses. Subsequently, during the online event, the participants got to taste each cheese, learn about its history, production process and taste profile. Prior to revealing these facts, participants were asked to reflect on the taste of the cheese sample in a mentimeter. To finish the event, everyone tested their newly-gained knowledge of Dutch cheese in a quiz.
