The goal of the actvity was to bring the Erasmus students to visit a little village with a castle called Fontanellato and then another castle called "Roccabianca". Later we went to a festival (an Italian "sagra") called "November Porc".
We contacted the tourist office of Roccabianca Castle to reserve a guided tour, then we also contacted the organizers of November Porc in Roccabianca (PR) to reserve seats and tables for our Erasmus Students. We wrote an email to a bus company to reserve a bus for the day, planning two stops: Fontanellato and Roccabianca. We advertised the event in the weekly newsletter, on Instagram, and in the group chats. Then, we opened the registrations on Jupiter. Once we had the official number of registrations, we communicated them to the tourist office and to the organizers of November Porc. On that day, we went to visit Fontanellato first and then we went to a nearby city, Roccabianca, to visit the castle and take part to November Porc and enjoy the food and the music.
