Goal of the Activity
The main goal of this activity was to ensure a centralised induction process for ESN Romania's newly recruited volunteers. In doing so, we were able to make sure that there is uniformity in what information and guidance volunteers receive, regardless of the Local Section that they activate in.
Description
This workshop activity was divided into three different levels. In delivering essential knowledge, we went from international, to national, and finally to local ESN sections! In doing so, we managed to familiarise volunteers with how ESN actually works and what we stand for.
