Goal of the Activity

The goal of the 22nd National Assembly of ESN Latvia, titled "Assembly of Gnomes," is to bring together participants in Riga for a unique and enriching experience that combines skill-building, knowledge-sharing, and cultural exploration. By symbolizing attendees as "gnomes" on a journey of growth, the event aims to foster a sense of community, learning, and connection among ESN members. Additionally, the assembly celebrates Riga’s cultural and architectural heritage, offering attendees a cost-free opportunity to explore one of Europe’s greenest capitals. Through this assembly, ESN Latvia seeks to inspire and engage its members in a memorable and immersive setting.

Description

The 22nd National Assembly of ESN Latvia, titled “Assembly of Gnomes,” will not only highlight the charm of Latvia's capital, Riga — renowned as one of the greenest capitals of Europe and the pearl of the Baltics, with its Old Town on UNESCO’s heritage list and home to stunning Art Nouveau architecture. At this Assembly, gnomes will symbolise participants as they gather new skills and knowledge.

ESN Latvia always enjoys adding a unique twist to its National Assemblies. As mentioned earlier, Riga is often referred to as the "Pearl of the Baltics" (at least in some tourism guides somewhere in Germany), and now you can explore this green gem completely free of charge! That's right — the 22nd NA of ESN Latvia has NO PARTICIPATION FEE! We hope this is yet another reason for you to join us in Riga, alongside the chance to experience the stunning Pearl of the Baltics firsthand.
