promoting local region through an online trip
During limited mobility and total resignation from trips, we decided to promote Poland and the Lower Silesia region in a different way. Wanting to implement an online project for international exchange students, we decided to show our region. This is the first reason: the promotion of local history and the entire region. This is the first project implemented in this way, where the campaign took place in two ways in different ways on Instagram and Facebook. It is also another initiative to encourage and interest people who are isolated, because this type of activity can be for people who are not able to leave the impulse to be interested in a new topic, explore it in their free time, and we know that after such a long time new stimuli and classes are at a premium.
The event was organized online on Facebook and Instagram. Due to the fact that we cannot organize trips, we decided to show Erasmus students the most interesting places in our region (Lower Silesia). On Facebook we published short descriptions and photos of the most interesting places such as castles, mountains, caves etc. on posts. On Instagram we published short quizzes about these places. What's more, everyone could join the map on the Geoguessr, where they could "visit" these places and guess where they were.
