The participants learn the basics of positive psychology in three workshops in an interactive way, to improve their happiness and mental well-being.
By prioritizing our physical and emotional needs, we can better cope with stress and improve our overall quality of life. During our first workshop, we'll focus on self-care and awareness, and explore ways to take care of ourselves in a busy and demanding world. Our second workshop will focus on gratitude and altruism. By focusing on the positive aspects of our lives and showing kindness and compassion to others, we can experience a greater sense of fulfillment and purpose. Finally, in our third workshop, we'll explore the power of positive emotions. Cultivating positive emotions such as joy, love and hope can improve our resilience, creativity, and overall well-being.
We got a very good feedback from the participants, about the atmosphere during the workshops and that we could teach them some new knowlege and small tasks which they want to persue in their everyday life.
