The goal of this activity was to introduce local students to the opportunities offered by international mobility programmes, with a particular focus on Erasmus+. By presenting clear information and real experiences, the session aimed to help students understand how mobility works, what benefits it brings, and how they can take part in it.
The activity also aimed to present ESN and its mission, showing local students how the network supports incoming and outgoing exchange students and how they can get involved as volunteers.
Importantly, the session was organised immediately after the Welcome Conference for Erasmus students, allowing local students to meet international students directly, discover ESN’s role in action, and experience the international atmosphere of the university.
The event consisted of an informative conference designed specifically for local students interested in international mobility. University staff and ESN Unimol representatives delivered detailed presentations on Erasmus+ and other mobility programmes, explaining the application process, academic requirements, available destinations, and practical aspects of studying abroad.
During the session, ESN Unimol also introduced its activities and explained how the association supports international students throughout their stay. Since the activity took place right after the Welcome Conference for Erasmus students, participants had the chance to see ESN’s work first-hand and to interact with newly arrived international students.
A Q&A segment concluded the event, giving local students the opportunity to ask questions, clarify doubts, and receive personalised guidance on planning their own mobility experience.
