During the mixology night we gave the opportunity to our Erasmus students to get involved and, together with experienced baristas, to try and make the most famous Italian refreshing drinks. This event allowed the students to get in more contact with the locals as they prepared drinks both for them and for the patrons of the Bookique (bar owned by the municipality of trento and famous for its culrual events). The goal we wanted to achieve with this event is to bring our students closer and closer to the citizens of Trentino to make them understand that the international reality in our city can only enrich the population. We wanted to do this by creating refreshing drinks to make it more stimulating and simple for both our kids and for the citizens who entered the venue, so that they could see them at work and exchange a few words during the preparation of drinks
We met at the Bookique at 8 pm. We had a brief theory lesson about the preparation and the history of each drink. After that the Erasmus students were able to try and make the most famous Italian drinks.
